Minecraft Circle Structure Ideas

You now should have a basic understanding of building a Minecraft circle structure layout. Now, what can you do with it? Here are some ideas on the types of structures you can create in the game for the enjoyment of you and your Minecraft buddies.

Guard Tower: These don’t have to be cylindrical, but they sure are sweet that way! You can create a nice little fortified lookout for your friends in-game. The only real bummer is you will encounter some hiccups when attempting a spiral staircase, as you can imagine…

Barn Mill: Some red brick is perfect for this! if there is a barn house nearby, or even if built near an old quaint country village, this will fit right in and really add to the ambiance.

Water Tower: Whether modern or old fashioned, these were almost always of a circular design. It would be best if you are playing in or creating a more industrialized landscape.

Stadiums: Though perhaps not a perfect circle, it still uses the curving principles in its construction. Another more modern era project (and quite an undertaking due to its size), it does have it’s ancient counterparts.

Ferris Wheel: Oh yeah, you never thought of flipping a circle on its side, now, did you? Of course, you can’t actually flip a circle on its side in Minecraft, but you can build it that way from the ground up. What a cool little addition; a permanent fairground! Don’t forget to box in some pigs, cows, and chickens for the petting zoo.

Merry-Go-Round: Whether it be the little playground ones or the giant ones where you get to ride on the pretty little horses that go up and down, this would really be a showpiece. How would you possibly make the horses, you say? I’m here to show you how to do circles; if you want the Merry-Go-Round, you get the horses!

Satellite Dish: Ooooh boy, this one’s tricky. but all it really is is a circular ring that starts at somewhat of a ‘stem’, and rapidly gets larger and larger. If you build it, they will come! Make SETI proud.

Amphitheater or Theater House: Either of which is at least a semi-circle, add some class to your city! You might find more celebrity skins endorsing the local tourism in your neighborhood.

Beached Whale or Submarine: Perhaps not the most tasteful addition to your beachfront property, it would at least be amusing. just create a cylinder lying on its side, and go from there!

Any structure can be designed in Minecraft as a circle, but these are just some of the more common ones (sadly, even the beached whales, nowadays…). I hope some of this turned on a light bulb in your head for your next construction endeavor!
